I like to thank Carol Stream Family Pharmacy for providing such a excellent service and all of there staff giving 110% to each and every customers (I have friends who also praise CSFP) . I really appreciate entire staff for providing service in this COVID time selflessly and keep smile on the face which comforted me as soon as I entered the door. I am with Carol Stream Family Pharmacy for 30+ year, never had bad experience. I also like to thank each and every pharmacist and pharmacy technicians that my prescription was always ready on time, no mistakes ever. Lovely staff and great service to our Carol Stream community. Thank you ALL from bottom of my heart.

They used to be a more of a family and professional orientated pharmacy, But I can no longer say that, But If you want to experience unethical behavior, just meet Natasha, P. Her demeanor is nasty rude besides, vulgar , Due to unethical protocol from another pharmacy my insurance company and my physician had a prescription transferred to their facility, I had my nurse on the phone with me as I inquired about the prescription, and Britany (part-time pharmacist) informed me with my nurse on the phone that Natasha threw the prescription in the trash can and she said that Natasha stated something that the Nurse, and Insurance company confirmed was a lie. We all found this behavior quite disturbing especially while we are all going through a pandemic.nnThe nurse after speaking to the insurance company's executive relations team contacted Family Health-mart again and Natasha told the nurse that she would not be filling the prescription, My Insurance executive relations team called this facility in regards to what was told to them from the medical facility and another matter concerning her filling a 90 day controlled medication prescription which is against FDA controlled Medication laws. So, I personally do not recommend this pharmacy, because they have turned into a business focused on greed along with ignorance verses you as a client.nThe Owner Phil allows this type of asinine behavior from Natasha so it seems that perhaps Natasha's family is invested in this facility, for this type of obvious lack of professional etiquette to transpire quite often I might add says quite a bit about him as a pharmacist and owner also.nnI suggest that if you are looking for medical equipment for you or family members go elsewhere they are actually over priced and you can locate the same medical equipment elsewhere at a far less cost, than what they are asking, especially during these times of uncertainty and citizens suffering financially.nI understand that they claim that they are a small (?) Business But as a customer it's not your responsibility to pay triple the amount of their actual cost to cover their so-called overhead.

I have been a customer to them for quite a long time...I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else!! They make you feel like 1 of the family & are able & willing to help you with any questions or concerns you have!! They have the WHOLE package here!! Kudos to each & everyone of you!!

Feels like family! They have been my pharmacy since I’ve lived in CS, over 20 years! They all know me by name and are willing to go the extra mile to help my family.

I've read all the wonderful things about this pharmacy and they are absolutely correct. I big box chains will never give this kind of service. Proud to be part of their family
