Every single time doctor sent over prescription there is a problem with orders. One time they said we don’t have the medicine and need to wait for next day and they don’t even call and inform us with what’s going on. Few times they said we never received it your order and I always have to follow up and see if it’s ready, this is ridiculous and changing my pharmacy today.
It takes days to get prescriptions filled at this pharmacy, when you ask about them they lie and say Dr did not send request. I was standing by my Dr yesterday morning in her office when she send in the order and today Osco says no request was made. This has happened to me a few times now, I am switching to another pharmacy next time.
Have not had any problems. My prescriptions are ready as expected. Here is an option to have them set to auto refill and you will get a series of calls when it is ready for pickup.
Every single time I have been at this location to pick up my medication there has been some sort of problem. Either the medication is not ready or my refills did not register in the system. The wait times are also extremely long. I would not recommend going here to get your medications.
Way to expensive for groceries I'd rather shop anywhere else
