I appreciate that this a demanding and hectic job, but the staff is consistently sharp and rude especially if you have insurance questions or issues outside the norm. Definitely not worth feeling like an annoyance just because I am a new patient.

After price checking various meds, I've found Costco is consistently more affordable than other chain pharmacies. Staff is nice, quick and efficient, too.

I bought Resound hearing aids ($3,000+) from Costco last 2017 Mar/Apr. The hearing aids worked with the Resound Smart app. I was using a Samsung S5 at the time. I upgraded to a Samsung S8+ last July. The Resound Smart app does not work on the S8+. Having the ability to use my phone to control the hearing aids was part of my decision to go with Resound. Resound has done nothing to resolve the compatability issue. From reading other complaints I understand the Note 8 also has a problem. When I purchased the hearing aids I was told by the Costco representative Resound was a quality brand, that's why CostCo was selling them. Not fixing this issue would have made rethink using Costco and especially Resound.nResound, MAKE THIS RIGHT!!nFix the app or trade my current hearing aids for hearing aids that work with the Resound 3D app and the Samsung Galaxy S8+..
