Who ever the heavy set indian guy is that likes to walk around and boss people around takes a tremendous value down from the customer service experience. He was harassing people left and right about their phone use. Mind you there are no signs in there that say you can not use phones while being in the store. Why harrass and kick people out willing to spend money at your store over a phone?

Older Indian guy bald with mustache needs to get fired or learn better costumer service, he is never helpful, and always gives a nasty look when you walk in, everyone knows why we are here

I really like the Bald guy with an exquisite mustache, I think his name is Cash and he keeps everyone in check. Otherwise it was a circus. There are lots of people looking for opportunity to get in the booth free, and knocking constantly that gets annoying. I wish other employees would do the same. Stop complaining and put money in the booths, that's what we come here for. It's not a shelter house, after all it is a place of business.

Have been here numerous times. On all occasions where I’ve bought a toy the Indian man at the counter was respectful and didn’t care at all. On two occasions I’ve run into people here and had very fun experiences with them in the booths. The place is clean and overall good

I’ve been here twice and it was pretty much the same experience. Terrible. I don’t recommend this bookstore to anyone. Don’t waste your time extremely racist to people of color. I get the whole policy with occuping booths without paying that’s not the issue here. The first time I went it was in the afternoon on week day. I walked in and as I look for a vacant booth some Indian guy is following me asking do I have money to pay And before I can get to a booth he’s demanding me to leave. I didn’t make a big a deal about I just left. My second and final time coming was was early Sunday morning. Im in a booth and when the movies stopped and I had to put more money before the money could leave my pocket here comes the some Indian guy banging on the door telling yo put the more money in. I don’t recommend this store to anyone simply because of their racist nature.
