This was rough.nnTL,DR: We waited 3 hours on $115 worth of sushi, were promised a comped meal as an apology, and later were told that we misunderstood, and there wouldn't be a comped meal. I would not recommend this place.nnTo be fair, the sushi was good. But the customer experience was awful.nnI placed an order on their website. I called an hour after making the order online to see if it was ready to be picked up. I was told they had no idea and to just wait another hour. So, I drove to the restaurant an hour later with my 2 kids in the car. They waited in the car and I was told it would be 5-10 minutes. It turns out they hadn't even started the order. I was told time and time again that it would be 5-10 more minutes and stood there for the next hour as order after order was brought out to delivery drivers who were also waiting.nnNelson, the manager apologized profusely and told me to bring my family back for a comped meal. I just called and Nelson let me know that he did not say that, that he told me he would comp MY meal, not my family's meal. We spent $115, waited 3 hours, and were promised something that wasn't kept true. I would not recommend this place.

Had an absolute PHENOMENAL time with the guys. First time there and not only were the food and drinks great, but the service was equally as pleasant. SUPER cute, professional, and prompt waitress.. should've got her number, but learn from my mistakes. You won't regret coming here; I don't even like sushi.

What a wonderful experience this place is. It was upscale on the inside but not upscale prices. We ordered all you can eat sushi and it was delicious. My favorite was the Out Of Control roll. It was unbelievable. The staff was super friendly, fast, and attentive. Honkaku Sushi moved to the top of this list as our favorite restaurant.

So far, this place has the best sushi I have tasted. I had the all you can eat option. The sushi is fresh and made to order. Nothing tasted fishy and had good flavors. All my orders were signature rolls. The Manager did a great job at attending my table and making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place as a choice for some delicious sushi and good Mai Tai.

Honestly, the best sushi I have had. Lots of different rolls to choose from and for $25 you can eat as much as you want. Plus the customer service is reallynGood too. Great restaurant to eat at.
