My stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean to perfection, I couldn't complain. The staff were very nice and pleasant to communicate with. I would defiantly come and stay again!
My wife and I booked a jetted tub suite the original room tub was broken but the hotel staff was accommodating and moved us. It was late so we enjoyed the tub a fell asleep. We woke up and noticed blood on the trim of the comforter disgusted we checked the rest of the bed only to find a dried menstrual blood stain on my side of the bed. We immediately alerted the front desk left and asked for a refund. They refunded the bight we didn't stay and referred us to the manager the next day. The manager Jessica was nice and offered a discount for another stay but informed us the owner would not offer a refund. We have pics and videos but they said it must have been our fault. We have escalated it to corporate and are waiting for an investigation. Stay here at own risk staff is nice but rooms are a gamble. Buyer beware.
The location was very convenient for me and my family. The staff was very respectful and caring. The rooms were clean and sanitized. My entire stay at the establishment was wonderful. I would recommend this location.
My stay was excellent because the General Manage, Jessica Jackson, was amazing. Her attentiveness and customer service were top notch. If I’m ever in the area in the near future, I will stay again because of the customer service.
My stay was pretty good! Thanks to the management and staff. They were very professional with assisting me and I’ll be looking forward to another stay
