Mentioned pet friendly but not the fee that's just as much as the room. The house keeping women were rude. Shut the elevator on me and gave me dirty looks.
What An amazing service!!! Jose Gomez Took care of us and provided us everything me and my family needed up to trying to provide a closer room to each other!! Will def come every time do the year!!! Great great service!!! He made our stay a pleasure
We hosted our son & daughter in laws wedding rehearsal dinner here. It was perfect for a group of 40 while being mindful of social distancing. Would highly recommend this location. Their executive suite bedroom is awesome too and worked perfectly for the groomsmen to get ready on the wedding day.
This is the second time we have to stay in a hotel during water damage reconstruction on our home. We decided to come back here because it was a great experience last time. There was some miscommunication when I booked earlier in the day but Paul provided amazing customer service (again!) and worked it all out. He made sure we have everything we need to make a stay with two dogs and two kids e-learning (all while I work remote) as easy as possible. I definitely recommend this hotel: comfortable beds, great amenities and stellar customer service!
I liked the room ,it was clean and I liked the location, The bed was comfortable. The young lady working the front desk was very nice
