WoodSpring Suites Chicago Carol Stream

The stay is affordable and the staff especially Dion were very accomodating. The rooms are very clean. I love that the rooms have a stove for cooking and a full size fridge to put all of our food. It was very quiet the whole week we were there. I strongly recommend.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The manager and staff is very welcoming. The manager Deon takes pride in making sure his guest are comfortable during their stay! If you’re sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs, a white noise machine, and request to be on the top floor so you don’t have to hear people stomping above you. The walls are extremely thin. I probably won’t ever stay here again just because of the noise. Deon was very understanding, offered to switch our room, and was apologetic (even though it wasn’t his fault). Selena was extremely unprofessional and hostile. When my husband called to book a room, she lied and told him there were no rooms available. When he got off the phone with her, we immediately went online and were able to book a room. Meeting her in person was just as unpleasant. She’s very rude and impolite. The rest of the staff members were kind, understanding, and helpful. I received my packages with no issues and they called me immediately whenever something was delivered. They didn’t charge extra for towels or sheets. All of the hotel’s room keys stopped working on New Year’s Eve, so when we got back to the hotel early on New Year’s Day (around 3AM), Miney was there to let us in. I was pleasantly surprised that she’d stay up well past her work hours to make sure we got in. Super sweet! She totally deserves a raise, because I can’t see many employees going out of their way like that (even if it were in their job description). Overall the hotel is pretty clean and modern. There’s free coffee in the morning (although, it’s not good). All it’s missing is a gym and better soundproofing.

I love the idea that we can commend the place especially the staff that runs the place. I went to Wood spring in Carol Stream to have a tour of the place. And to be honest, the place is not as big as I thought, the lobby is quite small and guest/s can easily fill the whole area. Also the elevator, is quite small. But, for the price that time I visited. It is worth it. It is cheap. The place is small, but clean. The front desk is the one who toured me to the room. She very polite and high spirit. It is very lovely talking to miss Miney. Very nice place. Very good tour. Thank you.
