I used this service last week. I work 60 hrs a week in the field and Monday is my only day off. It has been a week. I called today to see if they needed my ID again becuase I left it at home and the rude man told me that I cannot come today that I have to wait until tomorrow. First off their hours do not accommodate any working persons schedule! Second it has been a week. He told me not to tell him how I run my establishment with rules. He was the rudest man ever given these times!!!! My suggestion is to go to another location!
Raised prices by more than a dollar a shirt without notice during covid and advertised 50% off. The cost actually comes out to more than prior to covid prices.nnTheir prices are not listed in their store anymore, as previously, thus you dont know about the price change until after service rendered so you have no choice but to pay for your clothes back.nnSuch deceptive practices. Switching to honest and ethical local cleaners. Too shady at a time of crisis.
