We needed some cleaning services since I had moved into a new house .I gravitated to the well known names in the business and read the reviews. I wasn't impressed with the larger companies. Then I read the reviews with Lampert Carpet Cleaning . I took a chance based on positive reviews and I have to say, I was not disappointed. I called John and he was here the next day and ten minutes early from his scheduled time.
They are exceptional, reliable and provide superior customer service throughout my encounter with Lampert Carpet Cleaning. I am elated and glad that they explained in detail how they service carpets and how their process differs from many other companies out there. The one thing I noticed when reading is how detailed they are and not just surface cleaning. Unbelievable. They were also very easy to deal with, on time, and called 30 minutes before they showed up.
Two men came to my home and proceeded to clean the grout, explaining the process as they went about it. They did a great job and we were very satisfied. The men were very polite and professional and It was a delight to have them working in my home. I will definitely call them for any future requirements that I may need.
Had these guys come in today and clean my carpets. My dogs have been throwing tantrums and peeing downstairs. These guys came in and took care of it. Super professional, informative, on time, and great workers. I’ll definitely be calling these guys and referring them to everyone.
John came out today to clean carpets in several of our rooms and he did a fantastic job! We had a few areas that had the dreaded slime and he offered a deep cleaning option and was able to get the slime out! We've used Lampert Carpet Cleaning twice now and I've been very impressed with their professionalism and service. Thanks John!
