I would give 0 stars for customer service at the drive thru pharmacy 0 stars if posible. I worked all day today and got to the drive up pharmacy 2 minutes before they closed. The pharmacist who ever was on duty 03/21/2021 at 5:58 pm didn’t want to bother looking up the información for my prescription. They also didn’t want to even keep it because they didn’t want to use few minutes left to look up the information.. wow where is the quality customer service. I needed the medicine for my daughter’s ADD so she able to cope with her condition.. it’s amazing how some people can’t even use an minute extra to help people in need. Bad customer service luck of empathy and care. I should have gone to CVS they do have a great customer service.. SAD some people loose their humanity long the way. No wonder 2 stars and no one care to improve the quality of people they hire. SAD. NO CARE NO HUMANITY. GO TO CVS DONT BOTHER GOING HERE..

I had both my Covid-19 vaccinations performed here and was in and out within a half hour on both occasions. Staff I came in contact with were friendly.

As I’m checking the other reviews here & on Yelp I see that one of the pharmacy staff has several complaints for being rude . Yesterday, I called to get my prescription around 4:20pm & the lady in the phone was just rude. Screaming & giving just bad attitude. It wasn’t the pharmacist because I asked a question about the medical & she had to asked someone else . I saw reviews on Yelp that date back to two years ago about the pharmacy having bad attitude employees. I hope is a different person because how do they still have a job ? If you’re having a bad day go home.

Pharmacy staff = 0 customers service.nI wanted to give 0 star but not an option. I have been calling past 3 days for my medicine, they are always rude, don’t want to listen, and hang up the phone. I’m changing my pharmacy.

Im just confirming from other reviewers that today I had same situation waited in line 20min to pick up my medication and when I picked up she told me that she ( Deanna or something like that) put my credit and insurance card in the bag with medication. However, after I drove almost half hour to get my home and took out medication from my bag the insurance card wasn’t there. Driving back again to Walgreen’s to pick up card she even doesn’t apologize or anything what normal person can say when make mistake. Therefore , I told her that at least you can say sorry for this inconvenience what you just did , and of course she finally said that but on the top of that I got nice answer IS THIS MAKE YOU HAPPY NOW . How someone with this manner and behavior work on place like this.
