Someone greeted me so nicely ( Carolyn) great support, extremely knowledgeable and unending kindness and patience. She started me off with modest items... Then kicked it up a notch when I asked. I bought the itemnThen came back the next day to get. Another one she showed me.nBobs in Dartmouth with Carolyn helping me is a permanent solution for me.nBy the way, the huge amount to choose from is tremendously beautiful. Attentive, knowledgeable staff. Great quality furniture at reasonable prices. Bought a new rocker recliner for $299. My only problem is that I had to wait 3 weeks to get it delivered. Although it's like that at pretty much every furniture store. Delivery guys were total professionals. Great communication also. I was able to track the delivery truck the while way. Knew exactly when they were coming. Even gave me a courtesy call when I was there next delivery. Definitely my new go to furniture dealer !

I had chosen a couch online but wanted to see it in person. I went into the store and was greeted by a somewhat friendly salesperson and shown to the couch I was interested in. I didn’t have much time to look at other couches, as I felt a bit rushed. During the sale, I was told my color of choice would be backordered, so I settled on a different color for quicker delivery. When I called a week later to confirm the delivery date, I I was told a mistake was made in the sales person had put my couch down as that I bought it that day and left with it that day. So now my coach will be delayed even more. When the coach finally came to delivery people were friendly and quick. However, after they left I noticed a hole on the underside of the loveseat. After trying to get through to the store, to customer service, emailing, I was eventually responded to weeks later. All they offered was 20% off on a future purchase. I was also going to purchase a mattress but chose to purchase one from Amazon instead because of the disorganization and poor service. I will never buy furniture from this place again.

I recently visited in search of a bed frame and was assisted by Brenna. Although I did not purchase anything that day she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She discussed financing options with me and was understanding of my budget. I will be back and request to work with her!

My husband and I came into Bobs to pick out a new couch and loveseat and Eddie was our salesman. He was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and personable. He directed us to exactly what we were looking for. We are so excited and can’t wait to receive our new beautiful set! Thank you Eddie!
