Our experience was great Rebecca tried to find us a recliner in the color we wanted. We chose another color that was on display. The swatch of the blue was so small we couldn't visualize it.The burgundy was such a rich color we decided to change things up. We currently have 8 recliners throughout the house. We're looking forward to getting our new one!

I have gone to lazy boy a few times and evertime it has been a great experience. I have mostly worked with Vickie. She is thorough, honest, patient and professional. I did the in-house consultation with her and she was very detailed. She made sure that the items I choose would fit my place and match with my decor. I would recommend Lazy boy to all.

I would have given more stars had I been contacted back when they figured out the material for both of my recliners was discontinued. A friend of mine was contacted back at the end of August/beginning of September. Because I was not called, I thought I was still good to go with what I picked out. I found out yesterday (November 13, 2020) that I had to pick a different fabric and color..... Nothing like dropping the ball. When I called to find out the status of my order (because it had been longer than 3 months since I ordered it) I was told that my recliners were pending. I asked why and I was told that he was going to check into it and call me back that night. Two weeks went by without a call so I stopped into the store yesterday to find out that I had to change the fabric. In my opinion, the least Lazy Boy could do, is to rush the order at no charge to me.
