I have really good experience with this. Customer service is awesome. They gave me one car and I was not satisfied because windshield has one minor crack, so I asked them to change it, and they gave me much better upgraded car with same price. Whole process is very fast and quick. Very satisfied.
I waa really shocked by the young driver amt I had to pay to add my daughter. They add additional driver and young driver. It almost doubled my rate. I won't be coming back to enterprise which stinks cause I always liked this company before. I will be calling corporate.
Excellent customer service - they called the day before we were to pick up the car to confirm and the car was ready when we arrived. Good value for the car we rented.
One of the most caring managers I’ve ever talked with, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he knew exactly what I needed for my situation. He is definitely a very respectable man. The other staff members were very helpful and kind as well!
