My experience started on the phone with Steve. My parents and I were in a bind trying to find a medical van on short notice. He could not have been more calming and patient. He was a true Angel. Our driver, Bob, was also amazing. I will not hesitate to use this company again and I will recommend Angel Wheels to all of my family and friends. Thank you is just not enough for what they did for us!!!!!
Steve is the angel of Angel Wheels! Always kind and courteous! They really have taken good care of me but I was in a real pickle with my mom after a doctor's appointment and Steve understood and came to our rescue. What a wonderful company!
I can not say enough good things about this company. Steve was so helpful, he couldn't do enough to help us. We had an emergency and needed immediate transportation, Steve made it happen at last minute notice. David and Steve were so gentle and kind to her during transport, and understood her needs with her demenria. Will never use another company.
