Our 2019 GL450 with 52,000 miles caught on fire as we drove down the highway. We got out safe, but within a few minutes totally engulfed. Mercedes-Benz did do a review of the charred remains, however, found no fault since nothing left to examine. We experienced the worst customer service we have ever received from the local dealership who would not return our calls(ever) to Mercedes-Benz Corporate. It was very easy for them to dismiss us as customers much less show any concern about the safety of their customers. Hopefully, your Mercedes-Benz will not catch on fire with you in it.
Very professional and got unloaded in a timely manner definitely would go back
There has various style car. I like a car for style and buying the car. I think that It is the best style car company in USA.

Mercedes USA and Corporate don't care about their customers AT ALL! One of their dealerships took several inappropriate actions when selling me a car... Survey, calls to corp... No response... Tweet about it and you'll get a call back... Too bad all they do is tell you their is nothing they can do about it, and that they cannot ensure it will be addressed at their dealership... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY A BENZ!!!
