I have been going to this hospital for almost 12 years. I delivered 2 babies, had 2 laparoscopic surgeries here. Had multiple ER visits (kids will be kids) and i have NEVER had a bad visit. Everyone is very professional and kind. It doesn't matter if its a doctor, surgeon, RN, nursing assistant or maintenance / kitchen workers everyone is friendly. I will never go anywhere else. They are amazing. I have gotten nothing but the best care for me and my entire family. Keep up the great work.

Horrible place !! More of a butchery than a hospital. DONOT take your loved ones here for any kind of operation... the staff here is sent from hell. The rating of 2.8 for a hospital speaks for itself.

If I had to write a review about the registration process the day of my surgery I would give no stars. ELLEN from registration was rude and does not need to be the first face someone sees on a stressful day of surgery. She seemed to be annoyed by my questions. She was more worried about my paying a $100 bill right then and there then answering any of my questions. Ellen provided me with another name and department with a business card for every question I had. If this is the first face people see while entering your hospital it is not welcoming at all. She not only made the beginning of my visit unsatisfying but it was enough for me to remember after waking up from my surgery to write a review.
