Our entire family just returned from mexico from a fantastic vacation booked by John Conenna from Venus Travel.From day one a very patient,organized travel consultant.He and his staff were on top of every detail during this pandemic. John never received my email about my inquiry, so I had to call. He scheduled the time that was good for him and rescheduled the last minute when I called to confirm because I never received the reminder via text or email. Very unprofessional, flirtatious, and if you don't reciprocate, he gets mad. My eardrums still hurt from his yelling. His office smells like bedbugs.

I can’t say enough great things about the service our group received from Venus Travel. John and Connie went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. Before Christmas we booked a Spring Break trip through Venus to Mexico. They were extremely helpful in making trustworthy resort recommendations and answering any questions as we began the process of choosing our destination. They kept us informed daily on price changes and made sure we all booked in a timely fashion when prices were most favorable. Well due to the current pandemic we had to cancel our plans. As we neared our departure date they kept us informed of our options and again updated us daily. We could be happier with the service provided by Venus Travel and we will most definitely be booking thru them in the future. Stay safe all!
