Our company manages several condominium properties. We've used Windy City to take care of large repairs and re-roofing projects. They have always dealt with our Associations professionally and have done excellent work. One of the highlights is their fast availability and turnaround time on projects. They work quickly and never skimp on any details. Communication with their management has always been good. We've worked with both Angelo and Mac, both of them have done a great job making sure every project stays organized. We'll continue to work with them for years to come.
This business was working on our neighbors house and did a great job with their siding and roof. They stopped after their work and knocked on our door. They offered a free inspection so I agreed. Only because I was able to see first hand what their work looks like. They asked me if I've ever experienced some leaks and we actually just started to get some in our attic. They showed us pictures and videos of some damage on our roof. I thought oh great, here comes the expensive part. Turns out things were much more affordable than we thought. They spoke about submitting a claim and immediately stopped them and said I tried to do that years ago but our insurance company was underestimating the cost to repair our roof. They said they'd like to submit the claim again so I signed off on it. The insurance company came back and covered everything after reviewing their estimate. Mac took the time to explain the whole process of working with insurance and which type of shingle would give us the best rates on our insurance. They worked around our schedule and installed the roof and gutters while we were out of town. Their whole team went above and beyond what was expected and now we have a beautiful new roof.
Windy City was excellent to work with! This was the first time I had to deal with roofing issues on my own. I didn't have a lot of knowledge or understanding of the process. Angelo was so patient and kind to me. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in a way that I understood. The roof work that was done on my house in Cicero was excellent. I absolutely love what my new roof looks like.
Extremely satisfied with the roofing job on our home in Downers Grove. The challenge was to remove our old cedar shakes and upgrade them. That ended up being no problem for the team here. Great attention to detail. Care was shown for both our property and our neighbors with a very good clean up. Pricing was very fair and the financing they offered really made getting the work done, much more financially management. Very customer friendly service with a great construction team.
I live out of state and found great reviews online as well as referral from a property manager. So based on all the good feedback, I decided to give them a try. Mac and Angelo were very pleasant to work with. Great job replacing the roof of our rental property. They kept everything within budget, as promised.
