I called woods roofing three times for an emergency leak and nobody ever answer the phone.
This is a review from someone that has sent this guy referrals and business in the past...nnIf you want to make SEVERAL calls, be completely ignored and blown off, then call this guy. Terrible customer service. Use a company that wants and appreciates your business, not Woods Roofing.
Great service, best price in the nw suburbs, and the work was done exactly as requested.
Very honest guy. I had a leak on my roof and another contractor was charging more than $1000 to fix it. My home insurance inspector thought the quote was too high and would not pay for the repair so I called Woods Roofing for a second opinion and he diagnosed the problem and patched up the area and only charged us $75! Imagine that! That is even after I told him how much the other guy quoted us. He could've charged us much higher than $75. This review has been long overdue but I'm thankful. God bless him and his business for his integrity and hard work. And oh, it's been about 2 years now and I haven't had any problems with our roof leaking ud83dude0a.
Very quick service at a very good price.nNo excuses or delays. They fixed our roof shingles before the next rain came.
