This place has almost everything that you need. If they do not, they will work to get whatever it is you need. Recently I had an experience where I picked up a pump. When I arrived home the pump was not working. I called, explained to them the pump was not working, and they stepped up and offered next day expedited replacement. That would have been enpugh for me but, this place stepped it up even further. Patrick, the owner, took it upon himself to drive 1 hour to drop off the pump asap. That is true customer service and caring for customers! Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

Once again they dropped the ball. I was leaving for vacation on Saturday so on Thursday I had a prescription called in for cpap supplies. I kept checking with them and they got agitated and stated they would call me when they got it. On the following Wednesday I get a call from them stating the prescription was there on Friday but nobody bothered calling! If there was any other supplier in my area, I would change. They are not helpful at all and caused my trip to be rougher than it should have been. Would never recommend them to anyone.

The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They know you by name when you walk through the door, and cater to your individual needs. I'll never go anywhere else.

My friend ordered mastectomy bras and a prosthesis. Sally was so helpful and wonderful. I can't say enough.
