Horrible sense of urgency when trying to obtain your own records. But, they'll definitely bill you in a timely fashion. If I wasn't referred here I never would have chosen this place.

Dr. Bender is great, but the staff were unprofessional. I will continue to see Dr. Bender despite the staff because she is an amazing podiatrist.

The doctors are great, the front desk customer service was fine until I had to deal with this receptionist (Hispanic women around her 40’s-50’s) who clearly forgot her manners and started talking to me like I was stupid. I had to tell her “I am asking you politely to treat me with respect because I am a client and I am paying for this service “. Hopefully the therapist is constantly reading this reviews and evaluate the personal working there.

Dr. Bender and her staff were welcoming, kind and thoughtful. My issue was promptly addressed, and follow-up procedure scheduled. Dr. Bender explained everything, offered options and made me very comfortable and I felt very informed along the way. What a difference to my last visit with a different podiatrist. I very highly recommend Dr. Bender.
