First let me say that Maria was very nice. The lady who met me at the desk. ...and I get it, you tend to be irate going thru the process of retrieving your vehicle. It happens. But if you can really try to approach the situation with a more decent disposition, the results may yield more satisfying for all parties involved. In MY experience today, stressful as the entire situation was for me, from the moment I talked to her on the phone, to signing the paperwork in the end, it was smooth, and I was out in ten minutes. The gentleman who brought out my vehicle was kind, also. I know I can't dictate anyone else's experience but I had absolutely no problems with my transaction. Thank you so very much, Maria :) :) :)nn*ps- and to those who are thinking it, no this aint no damn paid review, it was just my experience. Kindness usually, not all the time, but usually begets kindness. :)

Made me have a seizure
No one is here or answering phones and they gave me an appointment .ive been here for an hour
They will steal anything possible. They even stole The Valve Covers off of my tires.nnAmong the things stolen was Dashcam, Two-Way Radio that was for my work, I'm actually surprised that the thieves didn't steal my Wife's Wheelchair and Handicapped Placard from the vehicle.nnI filled a Criminal Complaint against the company.
