LOVE this place! All the instructors have amazing energy! Ive only been there for 2 classes but the workouts kicked my butt! The owner was so helpful and nice when I was signing up! I have nothing but great things to say and I'm looking forward to more classes and results!n~Alex
Quads offers exactly what it says it does--and better than most. Clientele is mostly serious bodybuilders who could use me as a toothpick, but everyone is very respectful--I've always felt welcome.
