I had my covid 19 test on a Tuesday and Saturday I had my results emailed, only waited 4 days, not bad at all staff was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Test came back negative. Staff keep it up.

The covid testing is terrible and the woman Hispanic young lady is terribly rude! Doesn't belong in a customer service position

My mother recently visited this location and had such positive experience that she repeatedly asked me to write a review.nnRecently, there was a shortage in availability for her medication. The pharmacy not only helped track down the medication, but helped her with the cost of the medication. Thank you very much for helping my mother get the medicine she needed!

8/9/20 Update: I have never received results from my COVID test. No call or communication and everytime I call/email the various contacts provided, no one can help me. It is terribly frustrating and very, very irresponsible of CVS.nn7/23/20 Update: Still no test results after 20 days! The one time someone responded to me they said, in general, it may take 10 business days, which at that point had already passed. I understand there is a national shortage of tests, but that is no excuse for not having a contact person to check-in with for the status of lab results. There are clinics (not CVS) which will return your results in hours.nnI completed a COVID-19 test here on 7/3/20. You schedule online and go through the drive-thru to do a self-administered nasal swab. The employee at the window was very friendly and supportive.nnHowever, it has been 12 days now and I have not received my test results despite being quoted 2-4 days in the literature. The phone numbers provided are an endless loop that eventually kicks you off of the service without the ability to talk to a human. Offering testing without an ability to follow-up is unethical and potentially harmful to the community. I am very disappointed in this experience and would strongly suggest you find another place to get COVID testing.
