Very rude owner and he took my deposit without even telling me that I wouldn't get it back, and I booked this van months in advance. Very terrible customer experience, I would not recommend this place.nnUpdate: and now they are gonna reply with the most generic message, as you can see all the other customers that rated them with 1 star all have the same generic message to try and make it seem like they actually care, or as if they are actually gonna do something to resolve the issue.
Had a great visit with one brother when I went to make the reservation. Upon picking up the van on the 22th , another brother/owner did not get to his place of business until 8:45am. Mind you there suppose to open at 8:30am. I was the 1st there of 3 and the last one to be waited on. Then when told of the vehicle I would be renting, I explained to one of the brothers that when I came to make the reservation that was not the van i was told I would get . So he told me that they do not take seats out of the newer vans. Well that is not what was told too me. Then upon returning the van it was open on-time. I keep saying brother because I do not know the names of them, but this particular one really needs to work on his customer service skills. Overall we were please with the van given to us . It served its purpose. However will not rent from here again.
I've been leasing/renting from Paragon Car and Van Rental for years, they are my go to when I need a 7 passenger or a 12/15 passenger Van. Professional but fun guys to do business with and vehicles are always clean and up to code.
Great experience renting! Great explanation of service and you feel like you're dealing with friends. I only needed a van this time, but I'm happy to work with them in the future for other vehicle services.
Like this place a lit better then some of the well know car places. I would refer people to them for sure.
