I had no problems with the car the tank was full if i had to grade you all it would be any A+
I was very dissatisfied/disappointed with Budget in Oakpark IL after being a previous customer over the years, this one time I had to cancel with them being told that cancellation fee would be $50 they charged my card $150.00 for canceling a reservation that I made almost 20 minutes ago!! Not being understanding to the situation or that the reservation had been made for only 20 minutes or less not blaming them for me making the reservation but for charging me $150 to cancel within the hour! I was hung up on or disconnected twice so I had to keep calling back first going through the automated system before getting a human that I could understand properly! I asked if they could wave the $150 to $50 because that’s what I was initially told by the very first representative that I spoke with he sarcastically talked to me after I asked him to slow down because of the accent.At the end of the day it’s highway robbery to charge a customer who dealing with sarcastic reps that amount of money for a 20 minute reservation. I recommend no one else to this place never again. Taking that much money when all I wanna do is drive my daughter to school your robbing me of $100 dollars and I’ve never canceled with you. I was willing to pay $50 fee and asked several times for him to loose the sarcasm in his voice. Dissatisfied & disappointed ex customer.
Easy experience. Toyota Camry drove great!
Car rode well and guy at the desk was nice. but car was not clean and smelled like smoke. We were pressed for time so we took the vehicle anyway. I assumed this was a fluke.
You all prices is very different from O'Hara Airport. You all have bad customer service.
