I had an amazing first time experience buying a car from McGrath city Honda. Rich and manager Paul was very helpful and did everything they could to make sure that I walked out with my dream car with in my budget. Staff was very professional and friendly.nThey gave me good incentives, provided awesome deal on all weather package and on accessories even after deal finalized.nnDefinitely top of the line facility. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Ricardo was great in helping me find a used car. He let me test drive multiple cars until I was comfortable, and didn’t pressure me to get anything I didn’t want. Plus he worked with me when it came to payments. He was great!nnUpdate: three years later I’ve traded in my car for a newer Civic and I absolutely love it! It has everything my previous Civic was missing which makes me love it even more. Everyone was so helpful during the process. Raj was very patient and understanding. He even came in on his off day to assist me! Thank you so much!

Sales is okay. Service, good luck. I’ve bought 2 cars from this dealer. Sales and finance have sold me plans that are junk, but that’s on me I should have done my research. When it comes to service it’s a BIG NO NO, rude employees and managers. I’ve spoken to several managers and it has been no help. Before writing this review I sent emails and give them another chance, but I have yet to receive a reply. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD DEALER OVERALL (MEANING GOOD SERVICE CENTER AND SALES TEAM ) GO TO VALLEY HONDA, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I know it’s a drive to valley Honda but it’s so worth it. Don’t let this be your car buying mistake. Unfortunately, I’m still stuck going here because one of the plans I bought are only good at this dealership, learn from my mistakes.
