The Lady was very rude. Delta gave us the credit until 2022 and lady tried to get another $175.00 to give us the refund back of $275.00.nVery dishonest. This company should be banned from doing the business. She was very cheap with her attitude. I am also going to complain the airline about this agent.nPlease do not buy tickets from these people.

BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. My dad bought a ticket to India before COVID. His flight got canceled because of Pandemic. We contacted the airline and they told us we will get full refund through the agent. We asked for a refund and the lady at Super Travel just refused to give us any money back, whereas, there are clear instructions from the government to refund the tickets that are canceled due to COVID. We will never deal with this travel agency ever again.

Horrible service, crooks. My mom and niece booked a flight for a wedding in Dubai prior to Covid-19 turning in to a Pandemic. Once we learned Covid had become a Pandemic and found out that the wedding was cancelled and flights were cancelled, we asked for a refund. The guy who my parents have dealt with for 20 years named Rafie has not given us any money back. My cousins who were on the same flight got a full refund and he’s trying to charge us $500 per ticket when the airline is willing to give them a full refund. He offered my mom a flight to India instead. He’s a crook, criminal and ripping people off and taking there money. 20 years of buying flights! Covid-19 happens and everything gets cancelled and he’s charging my mom and niece $500 per ticket for a refund!!! I’m getting the airline involved, social media involved, and lawyers involved. These agents take advantage of these situations and rip people off during a pandemic. You should be ashamed of yourself Rafie. This will cost you a lot more in the long run. Do not use this place! Crooks!

Beware and Never never book flight through them. Govt issued order not to travel and Airline is refunding full money for non refundable ticket. For my entire family they are saying first deposit the cancellation fee and then we will request to refund your money. When all airline refunding full money without any charges. They are talking rudely and asking to deposit money for getting refund. It's already so much stress going on around and instead helping others, that's approach they are taking.
