Super friendly and helpful. Jesse (I think was his name, it was a bit ago) made sure someone experienced was available to fix up my 30+ year old car. Pricing was true to quote. Much easier to call and make N appointment vs. scheduling online.
Absolutely FANTASTIC service!!! I was able to get two last minute appointments, one of which required specific parts, with no problem! The work was flawless, and the prices were reasonable. They remember their regular customers and do the work quickly.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The told me one price to get the insurance. Once I got there they change is that price. I pay for the policy in full. A months after they sent me a new policy with a higher price. Accordingly to them because I didn't sign up for app that I never agreed to sign up for. I would say be very careful when getting a policy at Skokie location.
Super friendly with social distancing practices in place. Staff is great. Very through. Also while waiting for service everyone is adequately spread out.
