Victor and team got the job done in a day and half and it looks great. We were looking to get our roof replaced before any major snows, so KM Construction braved 20 degree temperatures to get it done quickly. The roof looks great. KM was competitively priced and Victor was very responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.
We had a great experience with having our roof replaced. The company dealt with our insurance and we loved the materials used. Everything was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up very well. Everything looks great!
I dealt with Victor at KM and was very impressed with his knowledge and candor. All workers were polite and professional and everything went according to plan. Everything was explained to me at the start and all my questions were answered. KM stands behind their product and will offer you quality work for a good price. My neighbors worked with KM shortly after me and were very impressed.
It’s very rare to see someone delivers what they promise and on time these days, KM Construction has done exactly that. They quoted me a reasonable price, promised me to get permits from the village and finish the job on a certain date, and they’ve delivered everything they promised me. I’ll use them again for sure!
