The oldest known wooden house that has been continuosly occupied in IL (180 years!) And the oldest log house in Cook County. An interesting point of interest for those into local history or simply want to take a leisurely walk in the well maintained meadow.
Would not allow me to use the bathroom.
For history of the town nice place to start
