I have been having mail issues I thought it was theft. I travel frequently in my profession being that I'm away from home I put my mail on hold on and off. Certain documents cannot be delivered to a PO box. I recieved the letter from postal supervisor 30 minutes after speaking to him over the phone. but online it says if you need more time just make a new hold. A few days later I get this message from Amazon that my mail is on hold...??? But there's mail in my box. I have to work I don't have time to chase my mail. I'm so confused.
The guy who assisted me was actually nice and efficient. He helped me carry my huge package to my car.
waiting for a package, the mail carrier gives me a card instead of my package to pick it up at this office. i get here and was told the carrier still has it. (don't know why he didn't give it to me instead of the card) so i come the next day at 8am as stated by the postal office staff. no staff show up until 9am and then told to come back the next day... lets save our tax dollars and get rid of the postal service.. i still can't believe people are talking about vote by mail..
Apparently if there is a stray dog around they won't deliver your mail. They won't let you know because of the safety issue if the STRAY dog that one instance and keep your mail until you decide to call to see why you don't have mail for the last week. Calling is also troublesome. The phone rings endlessly and then they hang up on you. You have to be persistent and call constantly.
Good overall service and haven't had any issues with them so far. Things have arrived on time and sending packages has been quick.
