On the inside of this hotel is very nice. The staff is very professional and attentive. The only drawback to this hotel is the double beds are full size instead of queen size. I might be wrong, but I thought they come in queen size beds. The next thing is that their pool time hours are from 8am to 5pm. So if you don't use the pool before venturing out to visit the city, you will not be using the pool. Oh, by the way, all the major attractions are temporarily closed until May 1st 2021. So save your money and time visiting Chicago at this time. Downtown was nice, but their upscale department stores lines were very long with people waiting outside.
The hotel was really good and it is not far away from the Downtown which is really cool. Also it is really cheap comparing to other prices here in Chicago. What I like about this hotel is the staff is always there to help you. Also the hotel was really clean and quiet. So I would just give four stars because the hotel Deserves it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay on clean and cheap hotel.
I can for sure say the staff at this hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Emil weng above and beyond for us. He was very professional and polite. He made time for a few conversations without hesitation. I will most definitely boom this hotel again. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. Thanks for making us feel at home away from our home!
They lose a star for not having a fridge in the room. But it was clean and comfortable. The towels are amazing. I want some for home! The staff was friendly and very helpful. But i did travel and i like to bring stuff home but it needs to be refrigerated.......
The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable but smaller (double) as was the room, which did not come with a refrigerator or microwave. Parking was included. No breakfast offered unless you went to the restaurants in area. Pool open 8-5 per staff. First night was quiet, second night could hear other guests. It was nice but could see a lot of wear and tear in the room.
