This had been a top notch property. I had stayed a few years back for a couple of months and the front desk staff were exemplary! The accommodations were very comfortable and the facility in and out were very clean, including the pool, patio and grill which we used all the time. Now, while the front desk staff is still exemplary, the rest needs a little shaping up.nI hope they get it under control soon. I am an extended stay patron, and it is not living up to Hilton or my personal standard.nFYI, I have brought this to the attention of management, tho I do not see any change. I am hopeful!
Room was clean, front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Full breakfast (not a to go bag like we have at the Hampton Inn we are staying at now) that is plated up for you so you can take to your room. Convenient location off of 94. The hotel was loud during the night. (We were there on a Saturday so maybe that is why?) Overall would recommend.
My stay was good!! Room was very clean and I had a nice view of the expressway!. I give it 4 stars because it was a little loud due to hearing running next door or above my room (not really sure where). Other then that, really good hotel to stay!! Very professional. I will be back another time!
Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good air quality. Nice little coffee maker was sitting right on the desk and was inviting. So I made myself a cup of tea and it worked really well.
Had a great stay here! Staff was amazing, they helped make changes to my reservation even though it was done via third party. Our stay here was very comfortable during the pandemic. Masks are required and everyone had one on inside at all times. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area
