Not a bad place but a little expensive
Thus place is in Glenview but has a Northfield address. Every confusing
Not a bad little place in the middle of glenview id move in maybe soon...
Definitely Not a good place to buy a home nor rent. Front office receptionist is such a rude person that should learn to respect others that live there. They say one thing and end up changing everything. You have to pay a monthly fee for parking in the front and it is only for one car. They tell you that there is no contract when in reality you sign for it. Money is stolen, DO NOT MOVE THERE YOU WILL FOREVER REGRET IT!!!
I’ve been living at Sunset Village for a few years. I’ve been waiting for a no trespassing sign for three years as people love to walk thru my property as if it’s a sidewalk. I pay over 1000 dollars just for the lot rent, yet I have no privacy. When I shared my concern with the front desk receptionist she suggested I just call 911. I think the management needs a few classes in customer service and in follow up procedures. Other than that it’s been a cozy place to call home.
