We stay here every time I go to the Block Center for Integrative Cancer Care and are always very comfortable. Management is very pleasant, responsive and efficient. Rooms are very clean. Grateful that pets are welcome! We're loyal to our pet-friendly businesses!nNow if only there were a Tesla charger...

Absolutely no respect for the safety and comfort of the customers. They did not inform me of carpet cleaning when I checked in so I was met with an unpleasant surprise when they told me that someone will come into my room to do carpet cleaning. Normally I would be ok but I had been especially careful to avoid contact with people during the COVID situation so someone coming in to the room is not comfortable with me.nnWhen I tried to ask them if they could do it on another day, Catherine, the manager, gave me a very rude “no”. She told me that I can’t choose the day that they will clean it. What she should have done is tell me that they will clean my room carpet the next day because that was how they scheduled it. This would have given me a better heads up and worked with me on a better time the next day.nnI didn’t inquire further at that time because I was in a hurry to run my errands but when I came back to the room I was met with the sofa in a mess (see pictures). My stuffs all being moved without putting back. I had to put everything back and sanitize everything again.nnThe only plus is Robert at the reception had been very patient and helpful. If not for him, I would have given this review a 1 star and this would have been the worst experience staying in a Marriott hotel and absolutely not worth the money.

The staff here goes beyond measure to ensure your comfort. They helped us through a very tough personal week and were extremely kind and compassionate in everything they did. The facility itself was clean and updated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. They really went above and beyond here.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and a friendly and accommodating staff.nnI had a recent stay for work and had packages delivered to the hotel. Due to poor weather, the deliveries were delayed heavily and I wasn't able to stay to retrieve them. I reached out to James Noone, Director of Sales, and after I relayed several options to my customer, they decided to keep the packages at the hotel to be picked up a week later.nnJames was overly accommodating and helped out a ton working through some bumpy logistics to help close out my project.nnThe front desk staff was also always cheery and helped keep good spirits in pretty wild time.
