I've been leaving messages requesting a call back for at least two weeks on a daily basis. I understand that the situation is difficult with covid, etc.; however, how can it take that long for a call back? The deadline for how to handle my question has now passed but I still need to speak to someone to make an appointment. They need to hire more representatives? Very frustrating
Please explain why when calling to set up an appointment or talk to someone, Cisco Unity connections puts you into a system where no operator is available and no connection is available.
I happened to be there during their lunch time so there was only one clerk but she was very pleasant and efficient.
We went midday on a Friday to submit papers. We took a number and waited about 15 minutes while seated. The clerk at the counter took care of things on the spot and explained clearly what we can expect. It was positive, professional service.
