Going into this, I had no idea what to expect. To be honest, I was very nervous and didn't have a lot of knowledge in diamonds. What Steve and Kathy did is to make this potentially stressful experience, an educational and heartwarming journey. First, let me say what caring and honest people they are, and how comfortable they made me feel. Not only are they knowledgeable and skilled, they are so talented and thoughtful. Steve and Kathy created a stunning and beautiful engagement ring for my fiance, to cherish for a lifetime. They were able to use their expertise and artistry to create a unique and one of a kind ring. From the selection of the diamond, to the design of the setting, it was a personalized experience from start to finish. It's not like walking into a random store, looking into a case full of rings, and picking one out and haggling for the best price. Instead, Steve presents your options for stones and carefully explains each one. Then after gaining an idea of what my fiance likes and her style, Kathy was able to design a setting that is unique and distinctive for us. Her touches were so special, including subtleties that have our initials on it. Upon receiving the ring, my fiance was absolutely blown away! She loves the sparkle of the diamond, the beauty of the design, and the individualized touches. She gets compliments everywhere she goes. I am so grateful to have found these two and feel so blessed to have had them design a symbol of our love.
