Awful,nI was exchanging a necklace that I got for my birthday. When I went into the store they couldn't even tell me what metal the necklace was made out of, they just kept saying it's rhodium plated. When I finally decided to exchange it and I found something that was exact same price as original item they didn't honor the price. I had to pay more for something that I didn't want in the first place.nNEVER AGAIN.

RUDE associate. I visited this store today and if I could give it 0 stars I would. The associate was really rude. She was taking care of another customer and I was interested in a particular ear cuff. I asked her a question about it and her answer was:: mmhu. Not even a yes, not even offered if I wanted to see it. I’ll just get itnonline. THANKS!!!!

I purchased a Christmas gift (earrings) for my girlfriend from here on Christmas eve and as I wasn’t sure whether my girlfriend is going to like the specific earrings that I chose for her, I asked whether she can either return or switch to other earrings BEFORE swiping my credit card. All they mentioned to me is she could return it until January 15th.nnA couple of days later, my girlfriend and I went to the store again to return and switch to a different earrings, a different worker was there and she said ‘earrings are final-sale and it is noted in your receipt’. I get that it is in the receipt, however this is why I asked before making the purchase to see whether we can return the item. They did not tell me anything about earrings purchase is a final-sale. I will not visit this store again in the future.

I visited this store in December 2017. The customer service was terrible. The staff there were super rude. They treat people like they really don't want you to come again. I am disgusted by that and will definitely keep away from it.
