Ok I had to take the time and write the review because I had an amazing experience. My sister and I came for ear piercing and Pamela was amaaaazing . We came on Sunday which was busy day but she was very friendly and patient with us . I was very undecided of what I wanted or how many I wanted but she was very friendly and I changed my mind many times and she happily helped me to get the piercing I wanted I ended up getting 3 on each ears which thank you to Pamela she was very professional and knowledgeable and verrrry patient and friendly. To be honest it has been long time that I have not experienced great customer service in any store not only Claire but everywhere people just are rude and are there just to go through the hours and leave . I really wanted to take the time and appreciate Pamela she made our day and my sister also got her ear piercing . She also informed us about the deals and promotions. Over all amazing and fabulous experience . Thank you Pamela. And for anyone looking to get their ears pierced don’t hesitate to come to this location and ask for Pamela you will leave satisfied she is friendly passionate and professional and very patient.

Reyna provided excellent customer service! My 20-year-old daughter received 4 ear piercings. Raina was engaging and very versed in the procedure, plus she was fast. She insured the store followed capacity guidelines and had on masks. She made my daughter feel relaxed. We will recommend her to our friends ud83dude0a!!

Clair's in Old orchard is very scary during these times. I walked in and right out again. The tiny store was jam packed when they should have had no more than 5 people. Unlike other stores in the mall, they had no one outside monitoring how many customers entered. 8-9 little girls were lined up for ear piercings. At least 10 more people were milling around and the store was overheated. They were clearly in violation of the 25% capacity rule. I will be reporting them to the mall office Monday morning.

Great store! Had 7 piercings done here but recently I got my triples and 2 cartilage piercings done and the woman working pierced the earring INTO my ear!! Ended up getting it out but will not be getting another piercing here and would recommend going somewhere else.
