return woesnnUnfortunately ran into uncaring associate and the co-manager Jessica. I returned a top purchased during the holiday period which required return by 31 Jan. I was unable to do so, as my husband had a fall and required surgery. I requested some leniency with that return policy given the situation. Sadly, both employees were unwilling to help. Gave me a gift card with 50% of the value of the item I had purchased, while reciting the 'by the book' line of the return policy. I thought better of Ann Taylor and Loft companies. No need to shop here again.

As my first time shopping here, the clothing is definitely my style! Why haven't I been here before? Probably because it's pretty expensive... at least for me. They do have really good clothing and I love how open the space is. It's not too crowded and cramped up.
