I went to Ryan at Elite Sports and Physical Therapy for shin splints. He did a great job of helping me recover and work my way back into running again. I really liked that he helped me understand the exercises and how to keep this up at home. The atmosphere there is both professional and relaxed (in the right way). I would definitely recommend them.

I have used Elite Physical Therapy in Foxboro in the past for a shoulder issue and returned again this fall for a neck/stress headache problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This staff is highly trained and professional. They are genuinely concerned about their clients needs and create structured goal oriented plans to progress toward wellness. I have and will continue to highly recommend Elite!!!

Upbeat, mission-driven community! During therapy, the positive buzz around Elite convinced me to sign a gym membership as well. :) I also took part in a charity fundraiser. All in all, you can't go wrong!

All my children have attended elite for both personal training and PT. Very professional and well run. I would recommend highly to anyone!

I joined the 6am Bootcamp that started in June then we added July then August. Honestly I could not say enough good things about Katie even as I sit here sore as hell. My fitness is so much improved since I started. I just overall feel fantastic.
