Sadly, due to the pandemic, my fiancé and I were not able to follow through with our wedding here (we made it through almost the whole wedding planning process with them though). I wanted to write this review anyway because Michelle and all the other staff at the Assembly Hall were the most kind-hearted, generous, easy to work with people ever! The building is so beautiful and so full of history and Michelle (the manager of the space) is so attentive to what you need, your budget, your vision and making your day so special! I am really heartbroken that we were not able to have our final ceremony here, but would 100% recommend this space to any future bride/groom looking for a little piece of paradise and wedding planning bliss. :)

The Kenilworth Assembly Hall is a beautiful venue that my fiancé and I visited while planning our wedding. Due to covid restrictions and many of our guests feeling uncomfortable with large gatherings, we have opted for a private celebration at my family’s home. However, had circumstances been different, we 100% would’ve moved forward with the celebration at Kenilworth.nnThe grounds are beautiful, with flowers, trees, and lovely landscaping, perfect for photos. We were especially impressed with the interior. The lobby has a fireplace with hardwood floors all around, making it feel cozy and inviting. A lot of the original architecture has been preserved in the building, which we really liked since it gives the hall some personality.nnOn top of all the great features, Michelle was so welcoming and accommodating and made sure to help us out with package options. Kenilworth is one of those hidden gems in the Chicago suburbs that is not only unique but also affordable and spacious.

I own SNAP, the dance studio, in Wilmette. We were delighted to perform on the lawn of the Assembly Hall during Covid, as we couldn’t hold our recital indoors. Working with Michelle was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Our families loved the event and the space, and it fit perfectly within our theme! I highly recommend this space for your event!

The Kenilworth Assembly Hall was the perfect place to hold our wedding reception. Michelle is AMAZING! We were treated with such warmth, professionalism, and kindness throughout our entire wedding planning process. Any question we had was answered immediately, and she consistently went out of her way to help us create the perfect evening. The hall is beautiful, and the staff is incredible. We highly recommend holding an event at Kenilworth.

The Kenilworth Assembly Hall was the PERFECT venue for our October wedding reception. We fell in love with the history and intimacy of the building right off the bat. The planning process went smoothly with a list of preferred vendors and the flexibility to see the venue when needed. Michelle was absolutely fantastic to work with and we couldn't have been happier with how the day went. And the fact that our 140 guests haven't stopped raving about it as well is just a bonus. 10/10, would recommend!!
