Despite Budget claiming that locations allow renting to those below 21 for this year, this location said they could not do so - waste of time, would've been nice if budgets online rental reservation made this clear.

The location is perfect. It allows me to leave and return the city, away from all the hustle and bustle, all while avoiding the tolls. I've rented a car from that location twice, and each time the people working the counter were extremely friendly and efficient.

I wasn't made aware that they didn't have the available class of car I had pre-paid for until I was there ready to get the car. I ended up having to pay $100 extra for an upgrade so that I could keep my time commitments on my trip. On the positive side, the car I rented ran great and was a comfortable ride. I've never had an issue with the cars from this location.

I came to pick up a Suburban as we were traveling to the Mayo Clinic with the family morning of pickup for an appointment. Not only was the vehicle not available, there was no phone call to inform me of this..I was notified at pickup at which point the family was ready to go. I got anxious. What the heck!! I made reservations weeks ago. I was then made to settle for a Tahoe. Unbelievable service and nonchalant attitude. A discount should at least have been offered. Lucky I was desperate because they will never get my service again
