I called today to make a reservation and learned that this location is permanently closed. The phone number routes to their Highland Park location now.
10/10, was here for an insurance claim and everything went smoothly. The agents there were willing to wait for me to see if there were any minor damages to the car prior and take pictures and notes on them. Appreciated the patience and the service.
Very poor decision to rent from this place First, the only agent that was there was completely overwhelmed. Then, he told me he couldn't take my debit card as payment only to turn around and say yes due to blah blah, I can actually take your card. After all this, he misexplained the toll charges and how that worked to me so guess what I find to my dismay 3 weeks after my rental? A $7.45 toll way charge ($5.99 of it for a convenience fee) because I was told as long as I pay it online right after, I'd be fine. Now I paid close to $10 for one toll that didn't have a cash option and am furious about the piss poor service I've received from this location and Hertz in general.
We needed a rental after our car was hit and our insurance company sent us here. They were SO friendly and took care of everything in a quick manner. Highly recommend them!
