FANTASTIC service as usual! Colleen and Mike always treat me like family, always getting my car fixed quickly. This last visit I went in for an oil change, but during their check found the battery was low. They charged it, tested it, and told me it retested fine, no charge! Honest, quick, accurate repairs.
Just bought our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S from Jay Sachs and could not be happier! Jay is a Jeep expert and a wonderful, caring individual. He is dedicated to his customers and helps them find the right vehicle. The overall Fields experience was low keyed and absolutely no pressure. The best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle in over 25 years! My husband and I highly recommend Fields Chrysler and Jay Sachs.
I believe they have some of the most knowledgeable and nicest people in the industry. Just beware of Jeeps life time warranties. That means buyers if it sounds to good to be true it's true, don't get stuck like I did. What a sap!
