My niece from Ohio called to ask me to assist her with helping her to buy her first car. Her concern was it being reliable and in good shape so she can get to work and get back in school. Not a problem! Three years ago I discovered New Ride Cars in Evanston when I needed to buy our son his first car to finish his college years in Missouri. We purchased a 2006 Camry and he hasn’t had any problems or issues. So visiting the dealership with a budget, Jimmy highlighted a car that would be perfect and would be closer to our budget than the cars I was checking out. In fact, he remembered me from 3 years agoud83dude0a. Jimmy was patient as I educated my niece on how to do your proper due diligence when purchasing a used car and waiting for her to arrive from Ohio. Once there, he patiently allowed her yet another full test drive, then as she signed papers he talked to her about the basics of taking care of a car. Last, he informed her of when to expect the title, what to do when it arrived and how to secure the Ohio license. She did a happy dance as she secured her keys. Last, knowing she had to return to Ohio with the car, he called me in a couple days to make sure she didn’t have any problems. She didn’t! If I or someone I know is in need of a used vehicle in the future, New Ride Cars and Jimmy will be my first move and/ or recommendation! Thanks, Jimmy!!

I spent weeks researching the highest quality cars in the midwest at fair prices. My wife and I drove in from Kalamazoo Michigan to check out New Ride Inc. When we first arrived, the owner was having a genuine conversation with what looked to be a long time customer, we were immediately impressed with what we saw as his valuing customers and relationships. We test drove the car we purchased, and at 100+ K miles, it literally drove like a new ride. Once we were convinced that we found the car we wanted, they walked us through the sales process patiently, and we we even learned about the history of the business and family. We’ve had our car for over 3 weeks, it’s been a wonderful addition for our family. Last, we took it over to our local Volvo dealership to get tuned up, and they were blown away by how well taken the car had been, and told us “see you next year for the next time up”. What an incredible car buying experience, and when we need our next used car, we will be coming back to new ride inc!

We went to New Ride Inc to look at a car for my son. We dealt with Jimmy, and he was wonderful! We've bought many cars, and this was the best experience we've ever had. Jimmy was upfront, honest, and workable. The car was exactly as stated, and listed under blue book value! He made sure we were completely satisfied. I will definitely go back to New Ride Inc the next time we need a vehicle!!!!!

Jimmy’s a great guy and a very honest businessman. After doing a lot of research and reading many dealership reviews, I drove 3hrs to go get my dream car from New Ride, a BMW X5. Even though it’s a 2011, it looks almost brand new and drives like a dream, absolutely love it. Jimmy went above and beyond to take care of me and I really appreciate that. Top notch, highly recommend!!!

Incredible staff all around Jimmy the owner walked me through the whole car buying process and was kind and honest the whole time. He’s got a great finance department that made sure I would get the lowest interest possible. And great technicians that don’t try to screw you. Highly recommend buying from them
