Northe Pointe Motors is the best! Tim and Adam are extremely knowledgable and capable at all types of car repairs. Very friendly and honest. Fair price for excellent service. They got me in quickly and fixed problem in an expeditious manner with excellent results. I have been bringing my cars to them for years and they never disappoint. Top quality service from people who are impeccably honest. Never try to add stuff that is not necessary and are conscious of cost issues. Having a great mechanic I can trust implicitly brings huge piece of mind. I would highly recommend them and would never want to bring my car anywhere else for any service they are able to provide.

I have found it to be challenging to find good mechanics. I was excited to find North Pointe Motors to work on my Mercedes C300. The shop is clean and everyone I interacted with was helpful. The tech they deploy is pretty cool as well. I received text messages with pictures and details for proposed repairs. Using the application I was able to accept the repairs and associated costs and communicate with the tech. OEM or better parts...check! Fair pricing...check! Excellent customer service...check! I will happily do business with them in the future.
