My experience with Napleton Lincoln was a very negative one. The salesman and finance manager were friendly and easy-going, but that's about where the positive ends. At the time of writing this review, i purchased my vehicle over a month ago and still have not received any registration or license plates, and my temporary registration has expired. I have contacted them multiple times and they have given me varying stories. After negotiating a good price on a used Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, I drove 3 hours thinking it would be worth it for a good deal. When i arrived there, the salesman tacked on $1200 of dealer fees, in addition to the normal document fees etc that all dealers charge. One was a $900 'reconditioning' fee. It wouldn't have been so bad, if after driving all the way home with my purchase, I realized it was missing the front underbody skid plate that protects the oil pan and transmission. I contacted the dealer, the manager told me he 'would see what he can do', and of course I never heard back from him. I ended up spending an additional $400 on a replacement skid plate. Read the reviews of this dealer on cars.com. Don't make the same mistake I did and ignore them. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this dealer.

The purchase of our Lincoln was made easy with the help of our salesman Matt Hasselquist who showed us the vehicle we were interested in and then put together a deal to purchase the car. He was very thorough with his tutorial of everything the car has to offer which was very helpful for me and was accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. We were also very pleased with Brian Larsen who handled the financial purchase of the car. They both were a pleasure to deal with.

I was in search of a specific car and Napleton Lincoln had it. I reached out to the salesperson via the Napleton website and was in contact with the Sales Manager. The interactions were all positive with the sales staff and even the General Manager. Never once did I feel pressured to buy the car and they were very fair with my trade in value and purchase. The Finance Manager was very professional open and honest with every step of the finance process. Overall I am happy with my used car purchase at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview.

Got the car I wanted at a price I could live with. What more could you want? Plus friendly helpful staff. The whole purchase transaction took about 30 minutes. Much quicker than other places... I did all the inquiry, negotiating, and credit app on line. Drove 3 hrs to do the deal...thats how fair it seemed to me.
